Where we deliver
We ship across India and internationally, and shipping is free on all orders. P.O. box addresses are delivered by postal services only — courier delivery isn’t available to these locations.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Pre-order pieces are dispatched within 7–10 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we reserve the rest of your order and dispatch once it’s available. Need to change your delivery address? We can update it any time before your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
- Within India: 3–5 working days in transit.
- International: 7–14 working days, depending on the courier.
If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your shipment, based on the latest updates from the courier.
Duties & taxes
Prices on our website already include sales tax. For international orders, import duties and taxes are pre-paid — there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel looks damaged, please refuse it from the courier if you can and get in touch with us. We’ll process a replacement or refund once the courier completes their investigation. Parcels confirmed lost in transit are replaced.
