Return & Exchange Policy

beadznthreadz Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy :
We strive for customer satisfaction. In case you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item/items for exchange within 3 days of you receiving the item. The Item must be postmarked and mailed back within those 3 days. After 3 days have passed since the receipt of the item, unfortunately, we will not accept the return for exchange.
All jewellery products can be exchanged with any other products on the website within 3 days of delivery. However, they are not eligible for a refund. We accept return for exchange provided there is a parcel opening video which needs to be sent to
All products on Clearance sale are not eligible for exchange or return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Worn and Used Items will not be accepted for a return for exchange under any circumstances. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned must be packed very carefully (packed for shipping just as you received it with all the padding) so it doesn’t move around and break in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return Shipping is always paid by the Buyer. Our company takes no responsibility for return shipping charges for any reason or circumstance. All items are inspected very carefully before they are shipped to you. Taking the fragility of the jewellery in consideration, if the item was broken in transit from the courier handling team, you must notify us via email and attach the pictures for proof within 24 hours of receiving the item. After that period, no exchange request will be accepted. If you notified us within 24 hours with proof, we shall gladly fix or exchange it one time (priced equally or more- you will be responsible to pay the difference if exchange item costs more) the item free of charge once we receive the broken item back from you ( with all the original packaging and carefully packed for return shipping). You will still be responsible for return shipping. We will take care of the shipping charges for returning you the fixed or exchanged item back.
Sale, Clearance items and Custom Orders: Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange. Unfortunately, Sale and Clearance items and Custom/Bulk orders are non-returnable.
